Customizing a Home Remodeling Solution
At Denny + Gardner, we understand that every home remodeling project we undertake has its own set of circumstances and challenges, and as a result, every project requires a different set of customized goals we will strive to achieve. That's why we offer a tested and proven process tailored to each customer and their renovation.
Feasibility and Design Planning
Working Together as a Team
Selecting Products and Finishes
As part of the design plan, our in-house designer will work with the customer’s preferences to select products and finishes. Making these decisions before construction begins helps the construction phase of the project run smoothly and reduces last-minute changes, which aids in keeping everything on time and on budget.
Quality Products and Workmanship
Prioritizing Clear Communication Throughout the Construction Project
Communication is the key to a smooth home remodeling project. Prior to work beginning, a job start meeting with the Denny + Gardner Team and the customer is held to review the process and ensure a smooth workflow. Once construction begins, clear and frequent communication is essential. The project manager on site is responsible for addressing any concerns, facilitating special requests, relaying information, answering questions, and generally helping the customer manage day-to-day life in a work zone. As the project is wrapping up, you can rest assured Denny + Gardner will exceed all your expectations for a successful home improvement!
