Mahogany Door Project

I present to you one 800 pound custom carved Mahogany entryway door. All the way from Honduras to our office and soon to live in, and outside of our proud customers home. This massive door was made by the Borano door company and will be artfully finished by our Painter/Artisan Ben Marin.
The finish will accentuate the impressive three demential grain that mahogany wood expresses when magnified by a clear coat. Mahogany is a beautiful durable wood often used in furniture and musical instrument making. Norm Gardner Sr. is seen here admiring the door and probably wondering how we got it off the truck!

Final Salute Project Ribbon Cutting

Over the past month Denny and Gardner donated time and expertise in helping a very worthwhile cause. Final Salute is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving homeless female Veterans. This weekend Denny and Gardner attended the ribbon cutting of Final Salute’s newest home in Alexandria Va. D and G pitched in to remodel five bathrooms and spruce up an outdated kitchen. We believe as Final Salute does, that our women vets are a valuable part of our community. We are proud to have been a part of a project that will bring dignity and independence to those who deserve it most. We will be keeping you updated on Final Salute and giving you a look at the spaces we helped create for these deserving Ladies. Please take the time to visit the Final Salute website and learn how you can lend a hand. Alexandria Ribbon Cutting jpg800x600
